Maintenance agreements that
protect your investment.

Two scheduled inspections a year maintain your manufacturer warranty, hold system efficiency, and give you priority when demand peaks. Cancel at any time.

The case for maintenance

What a maintenance agreement provides

Lower bills

A fouled coil and a low refrigerant charge measurably increase running costs. Cleaning and correcting them is far cheaper than absorbing that cost each month.

Warranty stays valid

Nearly every manufacturer requires documented annual maintenance as a condition of warranty. Without those records, a major component claim can be refused.

Priority scheduling

On the first day of extreme weather the schedule fills within hours. Agreement holders are scheduled ahead of general service calls.

Systems last longer

Maintained equipment consistently outlasts neglected equipment by several years. Deferring a full replacement is where the return is realised.

Scope of work

What a seasonal inspection covers

A typical visit takes 60 to 90 minutes and concludes with a written condition report, including any component we are monitoring but have not yet needed to replace.

Schedule an inspection
  • Inspect and clean condenser and evaporator coils
  • Verify refrigerant charge and superheat/subcool
  • Test capacitors, contactors, and amp draw
  • Tighten all electrical connections
  • Flush condensate drain and check the pan
  • Measure temperature split and static pressure
  • Inspect heat exchanger for cracks (heating visits)
  • Test ignitor, flame sensor, and gas pressure
  • Check thermostat calibration and programming
  • Lubricate motors and inspect belts
  • Replace or clean the air filter
  • Carbon monoxide safety test

Agreement questions

Before you enrol

Can I cancel?

At any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. There is no fixed term.

What if I have two systems?

Each system requires its own agreement, and additional systems are discounted. Contact us with the details of your property for an exact quotation.

Do you schedule the visits, or do I have to remember?

We contact you. Cooling inspections are scheduled in spring and heating inspections in autumn, so you do not need to track the dates.

Does the plan cover repairs?

No. The agreement covers scheduled maintenance and applies a discount to repairs. It is not an insurance policy, and we would rather state that clearly in advance.

What if my system is old, or I just moved in?

Both are suitable. Older systems benefit most from regular maintenance, and a recently purchased property is the ideal point at which to establish a baseline inspection.

Ready to enrol?

Enrolment takes a short phone call, and we will schedule your first inspection during it.
