Our story

Built on referrals

[Replace this with your company history: when the business was founded, by whom, and what you set out to do differently. Two or three factual paragraphs are more persuasive than a page of marketing copy.]

Many of the homeowners we meet have had a poor experience with a previous contractor: a replacement quoted on a system that needed a single component, a call that was never returned, an invoice that did not match the estimate. Community Trust HVAC was established to operate to a different standard, and the company is named after the asset a local service business depends on most.

The majority of our work now comes from client referrals. That is the outcome we intended, and it means every job carries weight: in a service area this size, reputation is not something that can be bought back.

Standards

Four operating commitments

  • 01

    Flat-rate pricing, approved up front

You get the total before work begins. We don’t bill by the hour, and nothing reaches your invoice that you didn’t authorize.

  • 02

Repair first, replace only when it's right

If a repair returns your system to reliable service, that’s what we recommend — even though a replacement is worth more to us. When a system is genuinely finished, we show you the numbers and leave the decision with you.

  • 03

    Background-checked, NATE-certified techs

Employees, not subcontractors. Every one background-checked and certified, and you get their name and photo by text before they arrive.

  • 04

We clean up like we were never there

Floor protection and shoe covers on every visit. All old equipment and packaging leaves with us.

Guarantees

Guarantees provided in writing

[Confirm each of these matches the guarantees your company actually offers before publishing.]

Workmanship guarantee

If a repair we carried out fails within the guarantee period, we return and correct it at no charge, with no diagnostic fee.

On-time promise

You are given a two-hour arrival window and a text message when the technician is en route. If we are running behind, we contact you before the window closes.

No-surprise pricing

The price you approve is the price you pay. Where a job proves simpler than quoted, the invoice is reduced accordingly.

Comfort guarantee on installs

If a system we installed does not perform to the specification we quoted, we correct it, including replacing the equipment where necessary.
